The charge moves of Genesect, Magnet Bomb, can be used to counter fairy type pokemon. The fire type of Techno Blast is effective giving big damage to steel type opponents. Its attack coverage is quite extensive. However, Genesect is a glass cannon which is less bulky.

Weezing (Galarian):
Weezing is also a fairy type pokemon which can use fire type move, but due to Overheat has the attack-reducing effect, it is not so convenient to operate compared to Flamethrower. In addition, the poison type of Weezing give it the resistant of fairy so as Weezing has the advantage when facing the fairy type opponent.

Xerneas:
Xerneas has Close Combat that can give steel type opponents an effective damage. In the past, the reason why few people used it was that it lacked the fast move that earn energy quickly. Now, the new move Geomancy solves the problem. The combination of fire and dragon types makes Turtonator no longer afraid of fairy type, and also has the ability to give the steel opponents a big damage. It is a very useful type combination in the fantasy cup. However, due to its moveset, the Turtonator has the poor performance in the battle between the dragon type.
